2. What we collect

Only an email address, plus the language you were browsing in and the page section you signed up from, and only if you submit the newsletter form. Nothing else.

There is no account, no login, and we collect no payment data. We do not ask for your name.

3. Purpose and legal basis

To send you rule-change alerts and verified deal notices when that service launches.

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form. Withdrawable at any time by writing to contacto@verifondeo.com.

4. Current state of the newsletter

We are not sending emails yet. Addresses are stored and nothing has been sent. We will write to you when alerts go live.

5. How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the alerts service is discontinued.

6. Who it is shared with

The database is hosted by Supabase, acting as hosting provider.

We do not sell, rent or share the list with any third party, including the prop firms listed on this site.

Essential cookies for the site to function.

Optional analytics cookies, off unless you accept them in the consent banner.

8. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection.

To exercise them, write to contacto@verifondeo.com; we respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

9. Affiliate links

Some links to firms are affiliate links. They never affect ranking position, which is computed from a public formula, and they are disabled automatically when a firm enters an alert or crisis state.

Clicking one may set a cookie belonging to that firm, governed by that firm's own privacy policy, not ours.
