Drawdown · what kills you

Primary source
Trailing + StaticUnrealized counts

Multiple drawdown engines by plan: 1-Step uses live intraday trailing where unrealized peaks raise the floor (the firm does not publish a lock level for it); EOD plans move the floor only at close and lock at starting balance + $100; static plans never move.

Daily loss

Primary source
Fails account

Only the EOD plans ($1,100–$2,200) and Diamond Hands ($1,500) carry a daily limit, and it is hard: touching it, open losses included, fails the account unless you buy the TradeShield add-on.

Consistency

Primary source

Instead of classic consistency, funded payouts use the ATD system: you need 8–10 active days each earning at least MAX($200, 23% of your best day); the 1-Step keeps a classic rule whose percentage the firm doesn't publish.

Targets & min days

50K: $3,000 target, $2,000 drawdown, 5-day minimum.

The firm's own pages disagree here. We don't lock a single value until it's resolved — confirm at the source. See all disputes
Elite Trader Funding contradicts itself on this value (Diamond Hands minimum trading days):

What it costs you: Request a payout on day 6 believing it is 5, get refused, and capital stays locked another week. Both pages captured the same day.

Payouts & split

Primary source

On Elite sim accounts you keep 100% of only the first $12,500 then 90%, with payouts processed every Wednesday and requiring 15 Active Trading Days for the first two cycles then 10 thereafter. LIVE ELITE (uncapped 80/20, $250 min) triggers at whichever comes first: 5 payouts, 50 Active Trading Days, or the $25,000 sim cap.

Pricing

DisputedSecondary source

50K: one-time from ~$90 (OG plan), no activation. $47 reset (Fast Track has none). Price conflicts across sources.

The firm's own pages disagree here. We don't lock a single value until it's resolved — confirm at the source. See all disputes
Elite Trader Funding has third parties that disagree on this value (Evaluation pricing):

What it costs you: Recorded as VERIFIED-SECONDARY because the reviews disagree with each other. Until captured from the firm own evaluations page, no figure is published as verified.

News trading

Primary source
±5 minBlackout window

On Elite (sim-funded) accounts the Terms of Service require you to be flat from 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after certain major news events. Traders still in the evaluation phase are explicitly exempt. Note that ETF own help-center article says the opposite - no restrictions at all - so treat this as a firm to confirm with support before trading a release.

Elite Trader Funding contradicts itself on this value (Is there a news rule at all?):
Terms of Service, effective 2026-07-13
All Elite Accounts must be flat 5 min before to 5 min after the event
source
Help-centre article, undated
ETF does not impose any restrictions or limitations on traders during major economic news events
source

What it costs you: The May ToS did NOT contain the clause: the rule was added between May and July and the FAQ was never updated. Worse, the ToS says the covered events are listed here and links to a page with no list at all - no FOMC, no CPI, no NFP. You cannot know which event breaks your account.
